I don’t shop on etsy much, but I wasn’t happy with the first mug I received and Kadie was more than willing to make the adjustments I wanted. To be clear, the mug wasn’t bad the 1st time it just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and she was so kind in helping to make what I was looking for. This glass is great! The blue is beautiful and it feels very sturdy. The printing on it was fantastic quality. I bought it as a gift and the individual loved it. There was even a slight hiccup in the package tracking (which is no fault of the shop owner) and when I emailed them with my questions, I almost immediately received a response saying they would look into it. I would certainly buy from this shop again.
